FOOTPATH SOUTH OFF DORCHESTER
CLOSE, (PART), MAIDENHEAD (TEMPORARY
CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any person from proceeding along this part of Footpath South off Dorchester Close, Maidenhead from northern boundary of No. 3 Dorchester Close southward to southern boundary of No. 5 Dorchester Close.
The alternative route for pedestrians is via Footpath South off Dorchester Close, Dorchester Close, Cranbrook Drive, Footpath no 38, Maidenhead, Laneham Gardens, Footpath from Beverly Gardens to Lyneham Gardens and Footpath South off Dorchester Close.
The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate fibre optic ducting works and as result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.
The proposed Order will come into operation between 08:00
hours and 18:00 hours on Monday 21 September 2026.
