Lincolnshire: Theddlethorpe St Helen A1031 Saltfleet Road - 30mph Speed Limit

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(THEDDLETHORPE ST HELEN – A1031 SALTFLEET ROAD)
(30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to change the existing 40mph speed limit on A1031 Saltfleet Road and Station Road, Theddlethorpe St Helen to 30mph.

The Order will come into operation on 4th September 2026 and a copy of the Order and a plan showing the lengths of road concerned with a Statement of Reasons can be requested.

Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks after 31st August 2026 make application to the High Court for this purpose.
