NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th day of August 2026 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from the 3"' day of September 2026 to regulate traffic in Stithians. The effect is to introduce waiting restrictions along the lengths of road described below and amend the position of the School Keep Clear marking.

The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.
Alternatively, please email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk or telephone 01872 327250 to obtain further information. Please quote reference lnfra24-245/CNP2010 on all correspondence.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the 25th day of August 2026, make application for the purpose to the High Court
