ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s): ORDER NO. MCC000152025705:
The City of Manchester (Kincardine Road, Ardwick Ward) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to suspend the operation of the designated parking place on Kincardine Road.
The Council is satisfied that the suspension and suspension is necessary in order to facilitate access/egress into works on Dryden Street.
It is expected that the work will be in progress between 7th September 2026 and 7th July 2027. The Order shall come into operation on 7th September 2026 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
