What is happening?
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section (14.1)
The council of THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.
Mandeville Road EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works.
Operational Date: 14 September 2026 for 2 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To: close this road at its junction with Hertford Road, for approximately 10 metres.
Drapers Road EN2
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway Works.
Operational Date And Times: "At any time on 14 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Close this road and suspend parking on both sides of the road from its junction with The Ridgeway, for approximately 30m north.
Bycullah Road, Waverley Road EN2
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works.
Operational Dates And Times: Between 9:30-15:30 on 14 September 2026 for 12 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Bycullah Road
- Close this road at the entry point from its junction with A110 Windmill Hill.
Waverley Road
- Suspend parking on this road from the junction with A110 Windmill Hill to a point outside the common boundary of No.s 8-10.
Scotland Green Road EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works.
Operational Date And Times: "At any time" on 14 September 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Close the road from its junction with Keats Close for approximately 50m south.
- Suspend parking on both sides of this road from its junction with Keats Close for approximately 120m south to a point outside No. 5.
Pevensey Avenue N11
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works.
Operational Date And Times: "At any time" on 14 September 2026 for 8 days or until works are completed.
The Effect Of The Order Would Be To: introduce no parking on both sides of the road from the existing restriction outside No. 71 to a point aligned with the shared boundary between Nos. 53 and 55.
Park Avenue EN1
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works.
Operational Dates And Times: "Between 09:30-15:00 on 16 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To: suspend parking on the northern side of the road outside Nos. 13 to 25.
Bull Lane, Commercial Road N18
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works.
Operational Dates And Times:
Commercial Road: "At any time" on 16 September 2026 for 8 days.
Bull Lane: "At any time" on 7 October 2026 for 22 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Commercial Road
- suspend parking on this road from its junction with Shaftesbury Road on the western side, for approximately 80m north.
Bull Lane
- suspend parking on this road from its junction with Wilbury Way to its junction with Amersham Avenue, on the eastern side.
Standard Road EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works.
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 14 September 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To: suspend parking on this road from a point 30 metres south of the junction with Ordinance Road, continuing for approximately 40 metres southwards.
