What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY
Disabled Parking Place Removals Batch 2025-02 – Various Roads - The Haringey (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.20) - Order 2026 - The Haringey (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.15) - Order 2026 - T06

Notice is hereby given that the Council of THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY on 27th August 2026 has made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other powers.

The General Effects Of The Orders Would Be:
(i) To remove Disabled Parking Bays outside (unless otherwise stated) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey; No.112/114 Warham Road N4, No.109/111 Warham Road N4, No.19 Mannock Road N22, No.56 Willingdon Road N22, adjacent to No.122 Colney Hatch Lane on Barnard Hill N10, adjacent to No.41 The Broadway on Crouch Hall Road N8 (to be replaced by extending adjacent loading bay), No.79 Muswell Hill Place, No.93 Broadwater Road N17, No.14 Church Lane N8, No.126 Rathcoole Gardens N8, No.29 Sperling Road N17, No.6 Tilson Road N17, No.9 Argyle Road N17, No.30 Rusper Road N22, No.30 Seymour Avenue N17, No.79 Muswell Hill Place N10.

(ii) To remove Dedicated Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Bays, outside (unless otherwise stated) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey; No.110 Manor Road N17, No.120 Greyhound Road N17, No.11 Penrith Road N15, No.12 Chalgrove Road N17, opposite the flank wall of No.97 Fortis Green on Eastern Road N2, No.17 Umfreville Road N4, No.73 Sherringham Avenue N17, No.58 Queens Road N11, No.49 Brantwood Road N17, opposite No.3 on Queen Street N17, No.33 Glasslyn Road N8, opposite no.1-11 Bennetts Close N17, No.64 Windermere Road N10, No.90 Effingham Road N8, No.19 Curzon Road N10, No.9 Park Avenue North N8, No.71 Lothair Road South N4, No.4 Boreham Road N22, No.62 Palace Road N8, opposite No.3 Pellatt Grove N22, No.5 Frome Road N22, northwest of the junction with Copper Close on Northumberland Park N17, No.79 Napier Road N17.

(iii) To make map-based changes on the following roads to ensure the Council’s internal map-based records match the restrictions on the ground (no changes will be made to the restrictions on site):

a. To remove disabled parking bays outside: No.30/32 Birchington Road N8 (dedicated bay), No.16 Kimberley Road N17, No.72 Henningham Road N17 (dedicated bay).

(iv) To reinstate the applicable Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Sections 2(i), (ii) & (iii) of this notice.

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 21st September 2026.

Further details: An appointment can be made, by emailing: traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk, to inspect the Orders during normal office hours, at: The Reception Desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made or can be viewed online at: https://streets.appyway.com/haringey, once operational.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
