The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that to allow passage on the road, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle (except emergency services) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire.
Abercorn Street, Paisley between Weir Street and Niddry Street (excluding bus stop on west side).
Reason for Restriction: for facilitating the passage on the road of any class of traffic.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
Alternative Routes: N/A
This notice will be in force from Wednesday 7th September 2026 until Tuesday 7th March 2028.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
