HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN ar 28 Awst 2026 bod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ac o’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd â’r effaith gyffredinol o atgyfnerthu’r holl orchmynion a restrir yn yr Atodlen isod i’r graddau y maent yn ymwneud â gwaharddiadau a chyfyngiadau ar oedi, aros a llwytho a llefydd parcio.

At ddibenion yr hysbysiad hwn, mae’r gorchmynion a restrir yn yr atodlen isod i gyd yn ddiwygiadau i “Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Atal, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2024” ac felly ni fydd y rhan hon o’r teitl yn ymddangos yn yr Atodlen honno.

Mae’r gorchmynion a restrir yn yr Atodlen isod wedi’u dirymu a’u cydgrynhoi yn y Gorchymyn seiliedig ar fap uchod heb newid o ran eu sylwedd, yn unol â Rheoliad 21 Rheoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Gorchmynion Traffig) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1996.

New Traffic Order for the City and County of Cardiff
The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Prohibition and Restriction of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 28th August 2026 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers, has made an Order the general effect of which is to consolidate all of the orders listed in the Schedule below in so far as they relate to prohibitions and restrictions on waiting, stopping & loading and parking places.

For the purposes of this notice the orders listed in the schedule below are all amendments to “The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024” and as such this part of the title will not appear in the said Schedule. The orders listed in the Schedule below are revoked and consolidated within the above-mentioned map-based Order without any change of substance pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities’ (Traffic Orders) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.

The Order shall come into operation on the 3rd September 2026. A copy of the order is available at www. cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition, you can obtain a copy of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

If you wish to question the Order provisions or validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the 28th August 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
