The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition Of Waiting, Loading, And Stopping) And (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment 00*) Order 202**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL proposes to introduce several parking restrictions through a Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), which is to facilitate the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic including pedestrians.
It is also proposed to introduce traffic calming measures under Sections 90A to D of the Highways Act 1980 on Arnison Avenue and Hillview Road outside Portland House, High Wycombe.

Comments on the proposals can be submitted on ‘Your Voice Bucks’ and searching for ‘High Wycombe, Marlow, and Chalfont St. Giles Restrictions 2026’ for the traffic regulation order amendments, and ‘Traffic Calming: Portland House, Arnison Avenue and Bowerdean Road’ for the traffic calming proposals outside Portland House, High Wycombe.
Objections to the traffic regulation order proposals together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the undersigned (for the attention of the ‘Traffic Regulation Order Team’) by Friday 25th September 2026, emailed to: highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
