On 3 rd June 2026, North Lincolnshire Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding along College Rd, Thornton Curtis at the point of the Level Crossing.
This Order took effect on 6 th June 2026 and will be effective until 5 th Dec 2027. Under this same Order, it is proposed to undertake further work at the Level Crossing (Annual Barrier Test) from 10pm 20 th Sept-5am 21 st Sept 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances).
The diversion is College Rd, A160, A1173, A18, A15, B1206, College Rd and reverse.
