NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Pollards, Maple Cross from a point 40m north east of its junction with Longlees north eastwards and eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Pollards, Bradbery and Pollards.

The Order is needed because electrical connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order will come into effect from 14 September 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 8 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

1. that length of Well End Road, Borehamwood from its junction with High Cannons south eastwards for a distance of approximately 490m.
An alternative route will be via Silver Hill, London Road, B5378 (Woodhall Lane/Green Street/Cowley Hill/Shenley Road), A5135 Elstree Way, Rowley Lane and Well End Road.

An alternative route will be via Well End Road, Rowley Lane, A5135 (Rowley Lane/Elstree Way), B5378 (Shenley Road/Cowley Hill/Green Street/Woodhall Lane), London Road, Silver Hill, High Cannons and Bucketsland Lane.

An alternative route will be via B5378 Allum Lane, A5183 (Elstree Hill North/High Street), A411 Barnet Lane, A1 Barnet Bypass, A5135 Elstree Way and B5378 (Shenley Lane/Allum Lane).

1. A411 Chalk Hill, Watford and A411 (London Road/High Street/Sparrows Herne), Bushey from its junction with B462 Aldenham Road south eastwards to its junction with A411 Elstree Road, a distance of approximately 1840m ("the length of Roads").
An alternative route will be via A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road/Oxhey Lane), A410 Uxbridge Road, A409 (Brookshill/Common Road) and A4140 High Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footpath ("the Footpaths"):-
1. the footpath situated between No.1 Barkston Path and No.2 Walshford Way, Borehamwood from its junction with Thirsk Road south westwards, north westwards and north eastwards for a distance of approximately 180m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the southwest and northwest sides of Thirsk Road and the footpath situated on the northeast side of No.12 Barkston Path.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (1984 Act) to amend various existing Orders in the County of Hertfordshire as specified in Schedule 1 and revoke Orders listed in Schedule 2 to this Notice. The Orders will come into effect on Monday 31 August 2026.
