Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 17 August 2026 as follows:

26/00921/FUL – Change of use of land for keeping of horses, stable block (retrospective application under Section 73A) and new riding arena (revised scheme of 26/00644/FUL) – Lane Head Farm, Bigginmill Lane, Biggin (F)

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales. gov.uk. 

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
