(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to suspend the Disabled Persons’ Vehicle Parking Place restrictions and prohibit any vehicle from waiting at any time on the north side of Brassington Avenue, Sutton Trinity between a point 110m south-east of the junction with Park Road and a point 170m south-east of the junction with Park Road.
The temporary Order is required to enable utility works to be carried out in safety.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on 14/09/26 and will remain in force for a period of 2 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
