NOTICE OF A CREATION AGREEMENT FOR

A BRIDLEWAY AT LAKENHEATH

Suffolk County Council has made an Agreement under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980. The Agreement has the effect of creating a bridleway at Lakenheath, as detailed below.

Under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 there is no right of objection to the Agreement, which has already come into effect.

Lakenheath BR28 - Commencing at a junction with Barr Drive, Lakenheath, at Ordnance Survey grid reference (OSGR) 57186,28335 and proceeding for 92 metres in a generally east north easterly direction to OSGR 57194,28337 then changing to a southerly direction for 315 metres to OSGR 57197,28306 to a junction with Maids Cross Way, Lakenheath.
