Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough has made the above mentioned Order under Section 45(1), 2(2c) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers.
The Council of the City of Peterborough made the above Order on the 27th day of August 2026 which amended and introduced further waiting and loading restrictions to The Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2013 to the extent only as set out below. In all other respects the above Order and its previous amendments remain in force.

• North West corner of Russel Street and Cromwell Road junction – No loading at any time
• South West corner of Russel Street and Cromwell Road junction – No loading at any time
• South East corner of Russel Street and Cromwell Road junction – No loading at any time
This Order comes into effect on the 27th August 2026 and copies of the order, along with a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, can be requested by contacting 01733 747474 or trafficregulation@peterborough.gov.uk
