Affecting the setting of a Conservation Area or Listed Building

Basement and Ground 97 Church Road Hove Partial replacement of restaurant facade window and door with bi-folding doors.

5 - 6 Richmond Gardens Brighton Removal of existing single storey side extension. Construction of two storey side extension and external staircase.

60 Edburton Avenue Brighton Replacement of existing windows with timber framed double glazed sliding sash windows to the ground floor front and side elevations.
