20, 30, 40 & 50 Mph Speed Limits, Various Roads, Brompton, Order 2026 Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 20 mph, 30 mph, 40 mph & 50 mph on any length of road specified in Schedule 1 to Schedule 4 below.
