Under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Devon County Council intend to install 2 new ZEBRA CROSSINGS in Exeter on Rifford Road 53 metres northeast of Woodwater Lane & 103 metres northeast of Ivy Close. Works on the scheme are due to begin September 2026.
A plan can be seen at devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below in main reception.
