Proposed Development: Tipton St John Primary School, Tipton St John, Devon
NOTICE is hereby given that an application is being made to East Devon District Council by Devon County Council for planning permission to relocate Tipton St John Primary School and build a new school at Tipton Vale, with associated highway and drainage works.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write within 21 days of this notice to East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ.
Statement of owner’s rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owner’s rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure
