ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 23) ORDER 2026
The above-named Order will come into effect on 7 September 2026 and will prohibit waiting at any time on the East, West, North and South sides of Meadstead Drive and on both sides of its junction near Meadstead Primary Academy.
Documents relating to this matter may be viewed during normal opening hours at the Library @ the Lightbox, 1 The Glass Works, Barnsley and Royston Library, Station Road, Royston, Barnsley, S71 4EP during normal opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 4 September 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
