**The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment ) 2021
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 6, 49 and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the general effect of which will be to revoke existing waiting, loading and parking restrictions in the following locations and implement:
- Red Route controls on which stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times in:
(1) Bramley Crescent, north east and north west sides;
(a) full length, and south west side;
(b) alongside no. 370 Cranbrook Road, and south east side;
(c) outside no. 30 Bramley Crescent;
(2) Clifton Road, north side;
(a) at the junction with Ley Street, and south side;
(b) between the junction with Ley Street and no. 6 Clifton Road,
(3) Cranbrook Road, east side;
(a) outside no. 398 Cranbrook Road,
(b) between nos. 348 to 374 Cranbrook Road, and west side;
(c) between nos. 501 to 517 Cranbrook Road,
(d) between nos. 533 to 539 Cranbrook Road,
(4) Cranbrook Road service road, east side;
(a) full length of Cranbrook Road service road, and west side;
(b) between nos. 513 to 517 Cranbrook Road service road,
(c) outside nos. 533 and 537 Cranbrook Road service road;
(5) Ley Street, east side;
(a) at the junction with Clifton Road,
(6) Perth Road, north east side;
(a) opposite nos. 17 to 19 and no. 25 Perth Road, and south west side;
(b) between nos. 15 to 17 Perth Road,
(c) between nos. 25 to 41 Perth Road.
- Red Route controls on which stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times except local buses in:
(1) Cranbrook Road, east side;
(a) outside nos. 398 to 410 Cranbrook Road, and west side;
(b) outside nos. 539 to 555 Cranbrook Road,
(2) Ley Street, east side;
(a) outside nos. 1 to 6 (Central Parade, and west side;
(b) opposite nos. 6 to 9 Central Parade,
(3) Perth Road, south west side;
(a) opposite Gabrielle House.
- Red Route controls on which stopping of vehicles is prohibited from 7am to 7pm every day in:
(1) Bramley Crescent, south east and south west sides;
(a) between its junction with Frinton Mews to no. 28 Bramley Crescent,
(2) Cranbrook Road, both sides;
(a) between nos. 489 to 501 Cranbrook Road,
(3) Ley Street, east side;
(a) outside nos. 6 to 9 Central Parade, and west side;
(b) between no. 7 Newbury Cottage and a point opposite no. 6 Central Parade,
(4) Perth Road, south west side; outside nos. 17 to 23 Perth Road.
- Red Route controls on which stopping of vehicles is prohibited from 7am to 7pm every day, except pay by phone from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 7pm Saturday & Sunday, in:
(1) Cranbrook Road, west side;
(a) outside nos. 519 to 533 Cranbrook Road.
- Red Route controls on which stopping of vehicles is prohibited except Goods Vehicle loading only, operative at all times, max stay 30 mins, no return within 1 hour in:
(1) Cranbrook Road, south east side;
(a) opposite no. 495 Cranbrook Road,
(2) Bramley Crescent, south west side;
(a) alongside no. 370 Cranbrook Road, and south east side;
(b) outside no. 18 Bramley Crescent.
- Red Route controls on which stopping of vehicles is prohibited except solo motorcycles, operational at all times, max stay 1 hour, no return within 10 mins in:
(1) Cranbrook Road, east side;
(a) outside nos. 394/396 and 374 Cranbrook Road,
(2) Cranbrook Road service road, west side;
(a) outside nos. 531 to 535 Cranbrook Road.
- Red Route controls on which stopping of vehicles is prohibited except disabled badge holders, operational at all times, in:
(1) Cranbrook Road service road, west side;
(a) outside nos. 517 and 531 Cranbrook Road.
A copy of the Order, the map schedule and map schedule legend indicating the location, and the effect may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255 to 259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY, during opening hours. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, 2nd Floor, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY (quoting reference 2026-P13), within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
