Barnet - Temporary Parking Bay Suspensions & No Waiting Restriction

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Suspension Of The Loading And Paid Parking Bays To Allow The Implementation Of A Temporary Single Yellow Line ‘No Waiting’ Restriction Moxon Street, EN5

THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate the construction of new residential premises they intend to make an order which will temporarily remove the bays listed in the schedule of this notice and introduce a single yellow line ‘no waiting’ restriction on Moxon Street, EN5.

SCHEDULE:

Bays And Restrictions That Will Be Temporarily Removed:
- Paid parking Bays at the side of 98 High Street in operation from Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30pm.
- Paid parking bay outside 1 Moxon Street, EN5 in operation from Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30.
- Loading Bay outside 3-7, Moxon Street, EN5 in operation from Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30.

Temporary Restriction Being Introduced:
- Single Yellow line ‘No Waiting’ restriction from S/O 98 High Street, EN5 to outside No.7 Moxon Street, EN5. Restriction will be in operation Mon-Fri 08:00-09:30 & 14:30-18:30, Sat 08:00-09:30 & 13:00-17:30.

The order will come into effect on Sunday 13th September 2026 and last for 479 Days (15 months and 22 days).

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
