NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 25 August 2026
Wolverhampton City Council made the following Order
under Sections 1, 2, and 124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule
9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the
Order which comes into operation on 7 September 2026 is
as follows:

(WEDNESFIELD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION
OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES)
(AMENDMENT NO 3) ORDER 2026
This Order will prohibit any vehicle to:
(i) wait at any time on any day in parts of Coventry Street.
Existing Traffic Regulation Orders will be revoked to the
extent necessary to facilitate the provisions of this Order.
A copy of the Order, Statement of Reason and Plans
showing the parts of the roads affected by the Order may
be inspected during normal office hours at Main Reception,
Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton or viewed
online at ,
http://wolverhampton.gov.uk/troperm
or by using the QR Code below, or by emailing
Commercial.Property@wolverhampton.gov.uk.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the
Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the
relevant section of the Act or on the ground that any
requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III
and IV of Schedule 9 to the Act or any regulation under the
said Part III has not been complied with may, within six
weeks of 25 August 2026, make an application for the
purpose to the High Court.
