NOTICE is given that Sunderland City Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 33, 35, 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, by virtue of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act. The effect of the proposed Order will Prohibit waiting at any time along the lengths of road in Schedule 1. Prohibit loading and unloading at any time along the roads in Schedule 2. Introduce parking places operating Monday to Saturday (inclusive) between 8am-6pm with a 3-hour maximum stay with no return within 1 hour along the roads in Schedule 3. Introduce parking places operating Monday to Saturday (inclusive) between 8am-6pm with a 1-hour maximum stay with no return within 1 hour along the roads in Schedule 4. Introduce parking places operating Monday to Friday (inclusive) between 8am-6pm with a 1-hour maximum stay with no return within 1 hour along the south-west side of Ryhope Road from a point 43.06 metres south-east of the extended party property boundary of 93 & 95 Ryhope Road to a point 17.1 metres south-east of the extended party property boundary of 113 & 115 Ryhope Road. Introduce a loading bay operating on all days and all hours along the roads in Schedule 5. Introduce no stopping school keep clear at any time along the roads in Schedule 6. Introduce a 20mph zone along the roads in Schedule 7. No right turn from Stockton Terrace West Back into Leechmere Road. No right turn except pedal cycles from Ryhope Road into Mowbray Road.
