(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, NELSON, PENDLE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION, AMENDMENT TO PERMIT PARKING AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, 45 and 46 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Pendle Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Items (27)(iv), (37)(ii), (41)a), (41)b), (166)a), (166)d) and (166)f)(i) of Schedule 10.01;
ii. Item (18) of Schedule 11.075.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Pendle Borough Area) (Revocation And Prohibition Of Stopping On, School Entrance Markings) Order 2010" insofar as it relates to Bentley Street (Marsden Community Primary) Items (i) and (ii), Bracewell Street (Walverden Primary), Holly Street (Walverden Primary) and Percy Street (Marsden Community Primary) of Schedule Two.
c) The "Lancashire County Council (Stanworth Road, Railway Street, Broad Street, Nelson, Pendle Borough) (Part Revocation, Restriction Of Waiting, Authorised Licensed Hackney Carriage Ranks And Loading/Unloading Bays) Order 2009" insofar as it relates to Item a) of Schedule 3.
d) The "Lancashire County Council (Percy Street And Bentley Street, Nelson, Pendle Borough) (Prohibition Of Waiting) Order 2010" in full.
2. Amend the "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Pendle Borough Area) (Revocation and Introduction of Parking Places) Order 2015" as set out below:
a) Remove Item (36) from Schedule 3 Permit Holders Only.
b) Insert the following into Schedule 3 Permit Holders Only:

g) Bentley Street, Nelson, the north west side, from a point 13.5 metres south west of its junction with the centreline of Percy Street for a distance of 22.5 metres in a north easterly direction;

4. Introduce a goods vehicle loading bay in Broad Street, Nelson, the north side, from a point 31 metres south east of its junction with the centreline of Broadway for a distance of 6.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
5. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm in Netherfield Road, Nelson, the north west side, from a point 51.5 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Duerden Street for a distance of 68 metres in a north easterly direction.
6. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm in Percy Street, Nelson, the north east side, from a point 39 metres north west of its junction with the Centreline of Bentley Street for a distance of 23.5 metres in a north westerly direction.
7. Introduce a prohibition of stopping on school keep clear markings Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Athol Street, Nelson, the south west side, from a point 10 metres south east of its junction with the centreline of Holly Street for a distance of 25.56 metres in a south easterly direction;
b) Bentley Street, Nelson, the north west side, from a point 59.06 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Beaufort Street for a distance of 25.56 metres in a north westerly direction;
c) Bentley Street, Nelson, the north west side, from a point 32.5 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Beaufort Street for a distance of 25.56 metres in a north easterly direction;
d) Bracewell Street, Nelson, the north east side, from a point 19 metres southeast of its junction with the centreline of Holly Street for a distance of 25.56 metres in a south easterly direction;
e) Percy Street, Nelson, the south west side, from a point 25.5 metres north west of its junction with the centreline of Bentley Street for a distance of 25.56 metres in a north westerly direction.
