What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Suspension Of The Single Yellow Line "No Waiting" Restriction To Facilitate The Temporary Implementation Of Resident Permit Holder Only Parking Bays - Victors Way, EN5

The London Borough of Barnet hereby gives notice that, in order to facilitate the construction of new residential premises, it intends to make an Order to temporarily suspend the existing single yellow line "No Waiting" restriction on Victors Way, EN5. The suspension will enable the temporary provision of six Resident Permit Holder Only bays on Victors Way, EN5.

SCHEDULE:

‘No Waiting’ restriction to be removed:
- ‘No Waiting’ restriction in operation Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30 from O/S 2 Victors Way to O/S Beauchamp Court

Temporary Residents Bay being introduced:
- Six Residents Permit Holder Only bays (Zone C) in operation Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30.

The order will come into effect on Sunday 13th September 2026 and last for 479 Days (15 months and 22 days).

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
