Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Suspension Of Shared Resident Permit Holders And Paid Parking Bays To Allow The Implementation Of A Temporary Single Yellow Line ‘No Waiting’ Restriction Relocation Of Existing Disabled Bay Whitings Road, EN5

THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate the construction of new residential premises they intend to make an order which will temporarily remove or relocate the bays listed in the schedule of this notice and introduce a single yellow line ‘no waiting’ restriction on Whitings Road, EN5.

SCHEDULE:

Bays And Restrictions That Will Be Temporarily Relocated Or Removed:
- Permit Holder Only Bays Opposite No.47 to Opposite No.39 in operation from Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30. 5 x Bays (Zone BH, BHZ)
- Paid Parking Bays Opposite No.47 to Opposite No.39 in operation from Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30.
- Resident Permit Holders Only Bay outside No.39 to No.37 in operation from Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30. 1 x Bay (Zone BH)
- Resident Permit Holders Only Bay outside No.45 in operation from Mon-Sat 08:00-18:30. 2 x Bays (Zone BH)
- Disabled Badge Holders Only Bay outside No.41. 1 x Bay to be relocated

Temporary Restriction Being Introduced:
- Single Yellow line ‘No Waiting’ restriction from opposite No.47 to opposite No.39 in operation from Mon-Fri 08:00-09:30 & 14:30-18:30, Saturday 08:00-09:30 & 13:00-18:30.
- Single Yellow line ‘No Waiting’ restriction from outside No.39 to outside No.37 in operation from Mon-Fri 08:00-09:30 & 14:30-18:30, Saturday 08:00-09:30 & 13:00-18:30.
- Single Yellow line ‘No Waiting’ restriction from outside No.45 in operation from Mon-Fri 08:00-09:30 & 14:30-18:30, Saturday 08:00-09:30 & 13:00-18:30.
- Disabled Bay to be relocated to outside No.47.

The order will come into effect on Monday 21st September 2026 and last for 409 Days (13 months and 13 days).

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
