THE A84 TRUNK ROAD (STRAT HYRE) (20MPH AND 30MPH SPEED LIMITS ) ORDER 202[]
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they propose to make the above Order under sections 84(1)(a) and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Part IV of schedule 9 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have the effect of imposing 20mph and 30mph speed limits on the following lengths of road:
20mph Speed Limit
1. That length of the A84 Stirling – Crianlarich Trunk Road at Strathyre, from a point 571 metres or thereby north of its junction with the extended centreline of Old Station Court in a southerly direction to a point 218 metres or thereby south of its junction with the extended centreline of Old Station Court, a distance of 789 metres or thereby.
30mph Speed Limit
2. That length of A84 Stirling – Crianlarich Trunk Road at Strathyre, from a point 218 metres or thereby south of its junction with the extended centreline of Old Station Court in a southerly direction to a point 606 metres or thereby south of its junction with Old Station Court, a distance of 388 metres or thereby.
Full details of the proposal are contained in the Order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of roads involved and a statement of the Scottish Ministers’ reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined free of charge during normal business hours from 28th August 2026 until 25th September 2026 at the offices of Transport Scotland, Fifth Floor, 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7ER, Strathyre Village Shop, Strathyre, Callander, FK18 8NA and Post Office and Callander Library, South Church Street, Callander, FK17 8BN.
A copy of the Order, Plan, Statement of Reasons, revoked orders and this Notice will be available on the Transport Scotland website at:

THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they propose to make the above Order under 82(2), 83(1), 84(1)(a) and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Part IV of schedule 9 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have the effect of imposing 20mph and 30mph speed limits on the following lengths of road:
20mph Speed Limit
1. That length of A85 Stirling – Crianlarich Trunk Road at Crianlarich from a point 120 metres or thereby east of the extended centreline of its junction with Meadow Grove to a point 21 metres or thereby west of the extended centreline of its junction with Willow Brae, a distance of 617 metres.
30mph Speed Limit
2. That length of A85 Stirling – Crianlarich Trunk Road at Crianlarich from a point 120 metres or thereby east of the extended centreline of its junction with Meadow Grove to a point 354 metres or thereby east of the extended centreline of its junction with Meadow Grove, a distance of 228 metres.
3. That length of A85 Stirling – Crianlarich Trunk Road at Crianlarich from a point 21 metres or thereby west of the extended centreline of its junction with Willow Brae to a point 238 metres or thereby west of the extended centreline of its junction with Willow Brae, a distance of 217 metres or thereby.
