The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.18) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of a western part width of Medal Close comprising Carparking area at Kidderminster, in the District of Wyre Forest. This is to enable development as permitted by Wyre Forest District Council under reference 25/0266/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, Transport Infrastructure Planning Casework Unit, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO5269130). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1AB.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 27 August 2026.
