HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C1304 o Lanfihangel-ar-arth, Pencader, o’r gyffordd â’r B4459 am bellter o oddeutu 310 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y ffordd arall i draffig sy’n teithio tua’r de-ddwyrain fydd ar hyd y B4459 a’r B4336.
I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-orllewin.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith i adnewyddu prif bibell ddŵr.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Mawrth 1 Medi 2026, am gyfnod o 43 diwrnod.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r de-ddwyrain o fan sydd i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau fydd mynd ar hyd yr C2146 Heol Bethlehem, yr C2140 Ffair-fach, yr C2150 Ffair-fach a Heol Gwynfe i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i’r de-ddwyrain o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau. I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-orllewin.
Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru osod gwasanaeth prif gyflenwad dŵr newydd.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darnau ffyrdd a ddisgrifir yn fwy penodol yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C1304 Llanfihangel-ar-Arth, Pencader (SA39 9JH)) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C1304 from Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth, Pencader from its junction with the B4459 for approximately 310 metres in a South Easterly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative The alternative route for South Eastbound traffic will be via the B4459 and the B4336.
The same route applies in reverse for North Westbound traffic.
The Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water carry out water mains renewal works.
It is intended that the works commence on Tuesday 1 st September 2026 to for a period of 43 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County Of Carmarthenshire (Gwynfe Road, Llandeilo) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Gwynfe Road, Llandeilo, from its junction with the C2146 Bethlehem Road for a total distance of 223 metres in a south westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south east bound traffic from a point north west of the closure will be to proceed along the C2146 Bethlehem Road, C2140 Ffairfach, C2150 Ffairfach and Gwynfe Road to return to a point south east of the closure. Vice versa for north west bound traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers install a new water mains service
It is intended that the works commence on Thursday 17th September 2026 to Friday 30th October 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2040 Felin Pandy, Trelech – Various Roads) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the length of roads more particularly described in the Schedule to this Notice.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
These works will be carried out on a rolling programme to minimise disruption.
Only one road closure will be in place at any time.
The alternative route for traffic will be determined and signed accordingly as works progress.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Carmarthenshire County Council carry out planing and resurfacing works.
It is intended that the works commence on Wednesday 16th September 2026 until Thursday 24th September 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
