PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 031)
ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday 26th August 2026, Buckinghamshire Council has made the below-named Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is to introduce various new restrictions on roads near Winslow Railway station as listed below:

•   BUCKINGHAM ROAD  – Limited Waiting 3hrs No Return Within 1hr, No Stopping at Any Time on Verge or Footway, No Stopping on Main Carriageway & No Waiting at Any Time.

•   CLAREMONT  CLOSE, COURTHOUSE CLOSE, CRICKETERS ROW, ELMFIELDS GATE, GREAT HORWOOD ROAD, HIGH STREET, HIGHFIELD ROAD, MILL CLOSE, PICCADILLY, PICCADILLY MEWS, SHAFTESBURY COURT and STATION ROAD – No Waiting at Any Time.

•   FURZE LANE  – No Stopping at Any Time on Verge or Footway & No Stopping on Main Carriageway.

•   GEORGE PASS AVENUE  – No Loading at Any Time & No Waiting at Any Time.

This Order will come into effect on Wednesday 26th August 2026. A copy of the Order can be viewed on the Council’s website: https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com/ and by accessing our digital Traffic Regulation Order platform – https://buckinghamshire.traffweb.app/.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that this is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Wednesday 26th August 2026, by applying to the High Court.
