(THTTC4305 CHARLIE HORSE LANE, WEST HARPTREE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Charlie Horse Lane, West Harptree from its junction with Bellhorse Lane extending east for approximately 82 metres. USRN: 47902571.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to replace 1 x pole from the 16th September 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months. 

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 08:00 - 18:00hrs.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Chew Hill, Chew Magna from its junction with Limeburn Hill extending south east to a point outside the property known as Uplands. This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to replace 2 x poles from the 14th September 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months. 

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 08:00 - 18:00hrs.

(THTTC4294 KELSTON ROAD, KEYNSHAM)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Kelston Road, Keynsham from its junction with Queens Road extending north and east to a point outside the garages at the side of 94 Kelston Road. USRN: 47902948.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Contractors to carry out Section 50 drainage works and associated building works from the 1st September 2026 for a maximum period of 18 months. 

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for SIXTEEN WEEKS.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Venus Lane, Clutton from its junction with Station Road extending south to a point outside the property known as Brockwells. USRN: 47902606.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wales & West Utilities to lay a new service to customer from the 1st September 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months. 

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for FOUR DAYS.
