NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or
proposed to be executed on or near the roads and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding or
waiting in those lengths of Gardens Lane, Butterbusk, Archers
Way at Conisbrough/ Northumberland Lane Bramley Court
Service Road and Bolton Street at Denaby Main in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works for the preparation and provision of
specialist carriageway Micro surfacing and subsequent road
markings including pre-patching.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is as described in the Schedule to this
notice.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
