The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Blackberry Bank, Newport (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst gas mains replacement works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 8/9/26. The following road is affected: Blackberry Bank, Newport from its jcn with Cow Lane War Memorial To Blackberry Bank to its jcn with Wellington Rd. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 15/9/26.
