THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make the following Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The works will be completed within the period of the Orders and will commence when the appropriate signs are erected. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders are being enforced for public safety.
WATER LANE, FRISBY ON THE WREAKE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
It is expected that the Order will come into force on 25/09/2026 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works may last for up to 10 days to allow Network Rail to carry out level crossing drainage renewal works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Washstones Ln, Hoby Rd, Loughborough Rd, Station Ln, Leicester Rd A607, Great Ln, Main St, Water Ln & vice versa.

TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF 20 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ORDER 2026
It is expected that the Order will come into force on 24/09/2026 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works may last for up to 5 days to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway surface repairs. The diversion route will be via: A607, A46, B676, A6006 & vice versa. No speed limit imposed by this Order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations.

The proposed diversion route will be via: Thorpe Satchville Rd, Main Rd A607, Great Dalby Rd, Kirby Bellars; Kirby Rd, Ashby Folville Rd Great Dalby & vice versa.
