OFF- STREET CAR PARK CHARGES - NOTICE OF VARIATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Council, under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act 1991, by this notice of variation, hereby amend the Bracknell Forest Council (Control of Off-Street Parking) No. 2 Order 2024 so that the current car parking charges in the car parks referred to in the Schedules 1 and 2 below shall be revised and superseded by the following new tariff structures and that the current hours of operation in the car park referred to in Schedule 3 below shall be revised and superseded by the following new hours of operation.
The provisions of Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to this Notice will take permanent effect on 1st October 2026.
