(AMBARROW LANE, CROWTHORNE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
a) Ambarrow Lane, Crowthorne between Lower Sandhurst Road and Sandhurst Lodge Farm.
The alternative route for this closure is Ambarrow Lane, Lower Church Road, A321 High Street, and this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while the Highway Authority carry out carriageway patching.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 28th August 2026, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closure will be in place until 15:30 on 28th August 2026.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
