The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Kersebonny Road, Cambusbarron) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic - No 2) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21-8-26.

This Order will close:-

Kersebonny Road From its junction with Woolcarders Court to its junction with the A811 on 15-9-26 to facilitate tree felling and trimming works.

Access for emergency services will be maintained

This Order will close:-

Auchinlay Road From its junction with the B8033 to its junction with Strathmore Avenue from 0930 hours until 1530 hours on 14-9-26 to facilitate public utility works.

Emergency service access will be maintained.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Park Avenue, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - Amendment) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21-8-26.

This Order will close and suspend the parking on :

Park Avenue From the main entrance to King’s Park in a south-westerly direction for its entire length from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 14-9-26 until 24-10-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works. Please note that this is a change to the previously advertised dates of 7 - 27-9-26

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (20 mph Speed Limit) (Stirling) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21-8-26.

This order introduce a 20 mph speed limit zone on Forthside Way on the grounds of road safety following the construction of a new active travel route.

This Order may be cited as “The Stirling Council (Various Roads, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026” which will come into effect at 00:01 hours on Friday 11 September 2026 until 23:59 hours on Sunday 13 September 2026.

A811, Dumbarton Road West From King’s Knot Roundabout to the junction of North Kersebonny Road.

Back O’Hill Road From Ballengeich roundabout and the junction of the section of Raploch Road from its junction with Back O’Hill Road
to the point where it meets Drip Road from 12 noon until 2359 hours on 11-9-26 and from 0800 hours until
2359 hours on 12 - 13-9-26. Please note the weight
restriction on the B8075 will be suspended for the duration of the closures.

Alternative Route:- via A811, B8075, Kirk Lane, A84, Drip Road, Raploch Road, Drip Road, Customs Roundabout, A9, Burghmuir Road, Craigs Roundabout, Wellgreen, St Ninians Road, B8051, Snowdon Place, Drummond Place, Victoria Place, Queens Road and vice versa.

This Order will also prohibit waiting, except for taxis from 12 noon until 2359 hours on Friday 11 September 2026 and from 0800 hours until 2359 hours on Saturday 12 September 2026 and Sunday 13 September 2026 on:

Queens Road On the west side of the road from its junction with Balmoral Place in a southerly direction for a distance of 35 metres or thereby. All restrictions are required to ensure the safety of the public during the Radio 2 Concert.

The STIRLING COUNCIL, under Section 36 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, propose to construct speed tables as detailed in the Schedule hereto with a view to improving road safety by slowing traffic speeds at Forth Crescent, Forthside Way, Ronald Place, Royal Stuart Way, Stirling Business Park Road, Stirling.

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (Albert Place / Dumbarton Road, Stirling) Waiting Restrictions) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

This Order proposes to amend the existing waiting restrictions:-

Albert Place - Waiting on this section of road is currently restricted to Pay and Display parking up to 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 2 hours respectively, due to difficulties in coaches accessing the current coach bay in Dumbarton Road it is proposed to relocate it to this section of road. Dumbarton Road - Waiting on this section of road is currently restricted to Coaches only. Due to difficulties in using the area for coaches and the impact on road safety this presents, it is proposed to change this to pay and display parking Subject to a charge of £1.00, £3.50 and £5.00 for up to 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 2 hours respectively.

This Order proposes to:- Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Milton, Whins of Milton, Stirling to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.
