NOTICE is hereby given that South Gloucestershire District Council proposes to make an order under sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle entering, proceeding or waiting in the length of Tanhouse Lane, Yate (Class 5 highway) that extends from the main carriageway of Tanhouse Lane in a southerly direction for its entire length.
