Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Lôn Rhosmari, Stryd y Frenhines a Lôn Ysbyty Gray, Aberystwyth) (Gwahardd Traffig Drwodd Dros Dro) 2026, heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o 02/09/2026, gan wahardd pob cerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr. Ar gau ar 13/09/2026 a 20/09/2026 rhwng 08:00 a 16:00. Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn cynnwys newid dros dro i lif y traffig ar hyd y rhan o Stryd y Bont o’i chyffordd â Lôn Ysbyty Gray a’i chyffordd â Stryd y Felin. Hefyd, y newid dros dro i lif y traffig ar hyd y rhan o Stryd y Frenhines o Rif 31 i’w chyffordd â’r Ffynnon Haearn. Bwriedir i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 13/09/2026 a bydd yn parhau hyd nes y bydd y gwaith o glirio rhwystrau gan BT Openreach wedi’i gwblhau – tua 8 diwrnod. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (U1352 Pontrhydygroes, Ystrad Meurig) (Gwahardd Traffig Drwodd Dros Dro) 2026, heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o 02/09/2026, gan wahardd pob cerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr. Y trywydd arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin o bwynt sydd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r man lle bydd y ffordd ar gau bydd teithio ar hyd yr U1352 hyd at y gyffordd â’r C1046. Trowch i’r dde i’r C1046 a theithiwch hyd at y gyffordd â’r B4343 yn Ysbyty Ystwyth. Trowch i’r dde i’r B4343 a theithiwch i’r gogledd hyd at y gyffordd â’r U1352. Trowch i’r dde i’r U1352 a theithiwch i bwynt sydd i’r de-orllewin o’r man lle bydd y ffordd ar gau; ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Pellter o tua 2¼ milltir i gyd. Bwriedir i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 16/09/2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd gwaith i adnewyddu pibellau presennol y prif gyflenwad dwˆr wedi’i gwblhau – bydd hyn yn cymryd tua 8 wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Gwahardd Traffig Trwodd Dros Dro) (Llwyn Afallon a Chae Melyn, Penglais, Aberystwyth) 2026 heb fod yn llai na saith diwrnod oddi ar 02/09/2026, er mwyn gwahardd cerbydau rhag teithio ar hyd y ffordd honno. Nid oes llwybr amgen. Caniateir mynediad ar droed drwy gydol yr adeg. Bwriedir i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 14/09/2026 a bydd yn para hyd nes y bydd y gwaith o roi wyneb newydd ar y ffordd yn dod i ben ymhen tua wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn bara mewn grym am 18 mis.

Ceredigion County Council

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 02/09/2026, to make the Ceredigion County Council (Princess Street, Queen Street and Grays Inn Road, Aberystwyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. Closures on 13/09/2026 and 20/09/2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00. This Order includes the temporary change to the traffic flow along the section of Bridge Street from its junction with Gray’s Inn Road and its junction with Mill Street. Also, the temporary change to the traffic flow along the section of Queen Street from number 31 to its junction with Chalybeate Street. These will become two-way for the duration of the closures. The alternative route for northbound traffic from a point south of the closure on Bridge Street is to travel along Mill Street to the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Alexandra Road and travel to its junction with Terrace Road. Turn left onto Terrace Road, continuing onto North Parade and to a point northeast of the closure. A total distance of approximately 0.3 miles. The alternative route for eastbound traffic from a point west of the closure on Princess Street it to travel along Castle Street to its junction with King Street. Turn left onto King Street and travel to its junction with New Promenade. Turn right onto New Promenade, continuing onto Marine Terrace, and travel to its junction with Terrace Road. Turn right onto Terrace Road, continuing onto North Parade and to a point east of the closure. A total distance of approximately 0.7 miles. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 13/09/2026 and will continue until works to clear blockages by BT Openreach have been completed – approximately 8 days. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 02/09/2026, to make the Ceredigion County Council (U1352 Pontrhydygroes, Ystrad Meurig) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. The alternative route for south-westbound traffic from a point north-east of the closure is to travel along U1352 to its junction with C1046. Turn right onto C1046 and travel to its junction with B4343 at Ysbyty Ystwyth. Turn right onto B4343 and travel north to its junction with the U1352. Turn right onto the U1352 and travel to a point south-west of the closure; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 2¼ miles. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 16/09/2026 and will continue until renewal of existing water mains have been completed – approximately 8 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 02/09/2026, to make the Ceredigion County Council (Elysian Grove and Cae Melyn, Penglais, Aberystwyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. There is no alternative route. Pedestrian access to be maintained at all times. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 14/09/2026 and will continue until resurfacing works have been completed – approximately 1 week. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.
