Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1 a 2 a Rhan IV Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoli Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984,, y bydd ei effaith yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg ar y darnau o ffyrdd a nodir yn Atodlen 1 isod.

Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r cynlluniau, a fydd yn dod i rym ar 31 Awst 2026 ar wefan y Cyngor. Os ydych am gwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw ofyniad o’r Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed oddi tani, o ran y Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwnnw, cyn pen chwe wythnos o’r dyddiad hwn.

The County Borough of Conwy (Various Roads – Old Colwyn)

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2025 – Part 2

The Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1 and 2 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit the waiting of vehicles at any time in the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 below.

A copy of the Order and plans, which will come into operation 31 August 2026 may be examined on the Council website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, as regards the Order, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
