HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau a roddir gan adran 23 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ac adran 90C o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, fel y’u diwygiwyd, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar blymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, yn bwriadu cael gwared ar fesur rheoli traffig a gweithredu mesur rheoli traffig, fel a ganlyn, yn Crescent Road, Caerffili:

Cael gwared ar y mesur culhau’r ffordd presennol mewn man tua 20m i’r de o’r ffordd fynediad i faes parcio Crescent Road ac, yn ei le, osod twmpath pen gwastad 75mm o uchder (tua 9m o hyd a Iled Hawn y ffordd) a chroesfan sebra, gan gynnwys yr holl farciau angenrheidiol, wedil gosod ar y twmpath pen gwastad uwch.

PROPOSED REMOVAL AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURE, CRESCENT ROAD, CAERPHILLY

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 as amended and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, intends to remove and implement the following traffic management measures on Crescent Road, Caerphilly:

Remove the existing road narrowing at a point approx. 20m south of the access road to Crescent Road car park and replace with a 75mm high flat-top hump (approx. 9m long and full width of the road) and a zebra crossing, including all required markings, placed on the raised flat-top hump.
