What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984  -  SECTION 14

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – RODENHURST ROAD

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, to enable new gas main replacemnt works, the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from waiting, including waiting for the purposes of loading or unloading a vehicle, in that length of Rodenhurst Road, the north-east side, between outside the common boundary of Nos. 20 and 22 Rodenhurst Road and its junction with Park Hill.

2. The Order would come into force on 21 September 2026 and continue in force for a maximum duration of 3 months, to allow for contingencies, or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.  In practice, it is anticipated that the works would take 2 weeks to complete.
