Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Port Isaac.
This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th September 2026 to 19th September 2026.
Roads subject to prohibition - Pendoggett Road, Port Isaac from junction with B3267 Between Trewetha Lane And Pendoggett Road to junction with St Teath Road, Pendoggett Road, St Kew for its entire length.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Port Isaac.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
