Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st September 2026 to 3rd October 2026.
Roads subject to prohibition - Bodieve Road, B3314 Between Tregorden Lane And Bodieve Road, B3314 Between Gutt Road And Tregorden Lane for their entire length, Gutt Road between junction with B3314 Between Gutt Road And Tregorden Lane and junction with B3314 Between Higher Rosewin And Camel Road, Wadebridge.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Bodieve Road, B3314 Between Tregorden Lane And Bodieve Road, B3314 Between Gutt Road And Tregorden Lane for their entire length, Gutt Road between junction with B3314 Between Gutt Road And Tregorden Lane and junction with B3314 Between Higher Rosewin And Camel Road, Wadebridge.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Lanteglos.
This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th September 2026, for one day.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 22nd February 2026 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 27 in the Parish of Newquay between grid references SW 80679 62374 and SW 80749 62177.
The Order which commenced on the 23rd February 2026 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 21st August 2027.
The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on 21st August 2026 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to severe landslip.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Camelford.
This prohibition is necessary for drainage works to include a road crossing and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th September 2026 to 11th September 2026.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Portmellon Road, Road From Bodrugan Hill To Portmellon Road, Mevagissey between Higher Well Park and Portmellon Park.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to collapsed section of wall.
The Order will come into operation on 25th August 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 4th September 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 4th August 2026 for a period of 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 3rd August 2026 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Borough Boundary West Of Lukes Cottage To Barton Lane, Newquay from junction with Road From Junction South Of The Vale To Borough Boundary South Of Coswarth Cottages to junction with Road From Lukes Shop To Retyn Farm.
The Order which commenced on the 18th August 2026 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 1st September 2026.
