Bydd effaith y gorchymyn fel y’i cadarnhawyd yn dargyfeirio’r rhan honno o lwybr troed cyhoeddus Rhif 5 yng nghymuned Maenordeifi yn cychwyn o bwynt A (Cyfeirnod grid OS SN2296 4268) ac yn mynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain ac yna tua’r gogledd, cyn troi tua’r gorllewin i bwynt B (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2298 4280) fel y nodir ar y map gan linell fras ddu barhaus i linell sy’n rhedeg cychwyn o bwynt A (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2296 4268) ac yn mynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd i ddalen gât i gerddwyr o gât anghymesur ym mhwynt C (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2296 4269), gan ddilyn trac i’r gogledd, yn troi i’r dwyrain ac i’r gogledd i gât y cae ym mhwynt D (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2298 4280) ac, yn parhau i fynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd i bwynt B (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2298 4280), fel y nodir ar y map gan linell fras ddu doredig.

Gosodwyd copi o’r gorchymyn, fel y’i cadarnhawyd, a map y gorchymyn yn Neuadd y Sir, Hwlffordd, a gellir eu gweld am ddim rhwng 9am a 5pm ar ddyddiau gwaith. Gellir prynu copïau o’r gorchymyn a’r map yno am £2.68.

Daeth y gorchymyn i rym ar 20fed Awst 2026, ond os bydd rhywun a dramgwyddir gan y gorchymyn eisiau cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo, ar y sail nad ydyw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw ofynion yn y Ddeddf (fel y’i diwygiwyd) neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed oddi tani mewn perthynas â’r gorchymyn, gall wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys, o dan baragraff 2 o Atodlen 2 i’r Ddeddf, fel y’i cymhwysir gan baragraff 5 o Atodlen 6 i’r Ddeddf, o fewn chwe wythnos o 26fed Awst 2026.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119

PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

FOOTPATH No. 5 (part) IN THE COMMUNITY OF MANORDEIFI

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026

On the 20th August 2026 Pembrokeshire County Council confirmed the above order.

The effect of the order as confirmed will divert that part of public footpath No. 5 in the community of Manordeifi that commences from point A (OS grid reference SN2296 4268) and proceeding in a north-east direction then north, before turning west to point B (OS grid reference SN2298 4280) as marked on the map by a continuous bold black line to a line running from point A (OS grid reference SN2296 4268) and proceeding in a north direction to pedestrian leaf of asymmetrical gate at point C (OS grid reference SN2296 4269), then following the track north, turning east and north to field gate at point D (OS grid reference SN2298 4280), continuing north to point B (OS grid reference SN2298 4280) as marked on the map by a broken bold black line.

A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at County Hall, Haverfordwest, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on working weekdays. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £2.68.

The order came into force on the 20th August 2026, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the 26th August 2026, make an application to the High Court.
