Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, wneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfryngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol er mwyn gallu gwneud gwaith gosod ceblau trydan uwchben ac o dan y ddaear.
Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro bob traffig cerddwyr heblaw am bobl sydd wedi’u heithrio rhag mynd ar hyd hawl tramwy cyhoeddus PP19/50/1 Lôn Parc y Shwt, Abergwaun – o’i chyffordd â’r Stryd Fawr, i’r de i bwynt ger yr eiddo a elwir yn rhif 2 Lôn Parc Y Shwt.
Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd yn unol â hynny, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun, 14 Medi 2026 am oddeutu pythefnos.
Bydd llwybr amgen i gerddwyr yn cael ei ddangos gan arwyddion priodol.
Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o chwe mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu’r gwaith, neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY PP19/50/1 PARC Y SHWT LANE, FISHGUARD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The proposed Order is necessary so that electricity underground and overhead cabling works can be carried out.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all pedestrian traffic other than exempted persons from proceeding along the Public Right Of Way PP19/50/1 Parc Y Shwt Lane, Fishguard – from its junction with High Street, south to a point near the property known as no.2 Parc Y Shwt Lane.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 14th September 2026 for approximately 2 weeks.
The alternative route for pedestrians will be signed accordingly.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 6 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
