Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith gosod ceblau telathrebu o dan ac uwchben y ddaear.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro yr holl draffig cerbydol heblaw am gerbydau esempt rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o’r ffordd ddiddosbarth (U3081) Pen-parc i Llanrhian, ger Llanrhian – o’i chyffordd â ffordd yr C3017 Pen-parc i Dre-fin, i’r gorllewin i’w chyffordd â ffordd yr U3083 yn arwain i Mountain Hall Farm.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd yn unol â hynny, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 31 Awst 2026 am oddeutu 10 diwrnod gwaith rhwng 9.30am a 3.30pm.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd ffordd yr C3017 sy’n arwain i ffordd yr A487, ffordd yr A487 Abergwaun i Dyddewi, ffordd yr U3072 Llanrhian, ffordd yr C3017 Llanrhian i Dre-fin a ffordd yr U3081.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 18 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu’r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (UNCLASSIFIED (U3801) PENPARC TO LLANRHIAN ROAD, NR LLANRHIAN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The Order is necessary so that telecom underground and overhead cabling works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Unclassified (U3081) Penparc to Llanrhian road, nr Llanrhian – from its junction with the C3017 Penparc to Trefin road, west to its junction with the U3083 road leading to Mountain Hall Farm.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 31st August 2026 for approximately 10 working days between 09:30hrs–15:30hrs.

The alternative route for traffic will be via C3017 road leading to A487, A487 Fishguard to St Davids road, U3072 Llanrhian Road, C3017 Llanrhian to Trefin road and U3081.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
