PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 

(AMENDMENT No. 30) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Various Roads, Northampton) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2018” as specified in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700. A copy of the Order can also be obtained on request by emailing WNCParkingenquiries@ kier.co.uk

CHALLENGE TO THE ORDER – Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, may apply to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

This Order will come into effect on 24th August 2026.

DISABLED PARKING BAYS

Ringway, Northampton – On the side of Ringway opposite the proposed development of six new dwellings on the greenfield land off Ringway, three disabled parking bays are to be introduced, incorporated among standard on-street parking bays.
