Mae’r Cyngor wedi derbyn y ceisiadau canlynol ar gyfer Caniatâd Adeilad Rhestredig (L), Caniatâd Ardal Gadwraeth (C) neu geisiadau cynllunio ar gyfer datblygiadau mawr a/neu allent wyro oddi wrth y Cynllun Datblygu (D) neu sy’n effeithio hawl Tramwy Cyhoeddus (PRW). The Council has received the following applications for Listed Building Consent (L), Conservation Area Consent (C) or planning applications for major developments and/or which may be a departure from the Development Plan (D) or which affects a public right of way (PRW).

Public internet access is available at the Council’s libraries. Representations should be sent to cynllunioplanning@conwy.gov.uk or to the postal address below within 21 days of the date of this publication.

• 0/53590 1) Replacement of the kitchen flat roof with a slate covered pitched roof and 2) Replacement of the bathroom flat roof with a slate pitched roof - Gwyndy, Melin y Coed - Carmel, Melin y Coed, Llanrwst, Conwy, LL26 0SL (PRW).

• 0/53595 & 0/53596 Single storey side extension; erection of replacement balcony; reposition of garden wall; internal alterations; window and door alterations and replacement (Listed Building Consent) - Church House, Ffordd Bwlch y Ddwyfan, Llanbedr y Cennin, Conwy, LL32 8JB (L).

• 0/53604 The proposal is to alter in minor respects the main staircase design in order i) principally to facilitate increasing the door head height from the existing inadequate and unsafe 1747mm (5’ 7”) clear at the top of the arched doorway to a safer 6’ 8”; and in the process ii) to improve the door and its proportions; iii) to introduce more borrowed light into and views from the staircase hall and iv) to avoid a trip hazard on the upper quarter landing (Listed Building Consent) - Pennant Hall, Ffordd Pennant, Eglwysbach, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL28 5UN (L).
